The Person Behind the Screen

I'm a full-stack developer who believes the best software isn't built for everyone. It's built for someone. Rather than chasing one big solution, I build small, focused apps. Each app is designed around a real need, for a real audience, with as little friction as possible.

The people on the other side of the screen always come first. Software should work with people, not against them, and it should be just as useful to someone who isn't technical as it is to someone who is.

When I'm not at my computer, you can find me backpacking, mountain biking, watching hockey, or nurturing my addiction passion for cappuccinos. I also play piano, trumpet, and guitar, though I've been told the guitar is more of a threat than a talent. To make up for that, I can whistle with vibrato.
